All items sent back for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. Anne Fontaine reserves the right to decline the return or exchange if it is not returned in a sellable condition deemed by Anne Fontaine standards.

Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise eligible for refund may be returned using the pre-paid return label. To obtain a shipping label for your refund, please click on the button below.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only permissible for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, ANNE FONTAINE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Items purchased with a promotional code or marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Merchandise returned in store is not eligible for refund, only exchange.

You may return your item(s) to an Anne Fontaine store for an exchange. Refunds for AnneFontaine.com.au cannot be processed in store. Please call your nearest Anne Fontaine store to ensure the item you would like in exchange is in stock - visit our website for the location nearest you.

Exchange or store credit will only be issued within 21 days of original purchase. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of return or issue.
